Meaning
शान्ताकारं = Who are of (assumes)  extreme peaceful form,
भुजगशयनं = who is slumbering / sleeping on the bed of Sheshnag (the snake),
पद्मनाभं = Whose through whose belly lotus has  extended (on which Lord Brahma is positioniong),
सुरेशं = Who are the Lords of all Gods,
विश्वाधारं = Who are the basis (Power) of the world,
मेघवर्णं = Whose colour is like the clouds,
गगनसदृश्यं = Who are all present like the sky,
लक्ष्मीकन्तं = Whose consort is the of Goddess Laxmi. जो लक्ष्मीपति हैं,
कमलनयनं = Whose eyes are like the  lotus ( as beautiful as) जिनके कमल के समान नयन हैं,
योगिभिर्ध्यानगम्यं = Who are easily accessible to the Yogis, Mendicants, Sages & Seers (through their meditations),
भवभयहरं = Who are the relievers of the fear of this worldly transmigrations,
सर्वलौकेकनाथम् = Who are the only Lord of all worlds,
वन्दे विष्णुं = They are the Lord Vishnu I bow and salute to Them.
