          ॐ = The Symbol of All Mighty

        भूः = First Vyahavriti (From which the world evolved)

        भुवः = Second Vyahavriti

        स्वः = Third Vyahavriti

        तत् = that उन

        सवितुः = of Lord Savita(Sun)

        वरेण्यं = वरण करें

        भर्गः = Power

        देवस्य = of Lord

        धीमहि = Meditate

        धियः = Intellect (capability power of intellect)

        यः = that they lord

        नः = ours (intellects)

        प्रचोदयात् = inspire

Meaning

 We pray and meditate on the vigor and power of the Lord Savita (Sun), let the lord inspire our minds and intellects to grasp & attain them.
